Thorpe Road Surgery now offers extended evening surgeries weekly from 18:30 – 19:30. Further details can be obtained from reception, and appointments can be made by speaking to a receptionist in the normal way.
We are routinely closed on bank holidays. Please follow the arrangements as per the page "When We Are Closed".
UPDATE MAY 2020: As a part of measures to support the NHS during the COVID-19 crisis, the surgery will be open on Friday 8th May 0800-1800.
When the surgery is closed, please call 111 and they will be able to advise you on the best course of action.
The Minor Illness and Injuries Unit (MIIU) is located within the City Care Centre on Thorpe Road, they are open 7 days a week from 8am-8pm. No appointment is necessary.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
